Local National Trust properties include Bourne Mill at Colchester and Paycocke s House and Gardens at Coggeshall. Other attractions include Colchester Zoo and the Colne Valley Railway at Sible Hedingham. This apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessed via a secure communal hall with lifts and stairs to all floors and offers ONE bedroom king-size with TV/DVD. Bathroom: bath with separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV/DVD surround sound and SkyTV. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher and microwave. Outside: balcony with outdoor furniture. Amenities: secure allocated parking for 1 car.
